The Kingdom Coalition exists to unite churches across every line that divides us, so that together we advance the Kingdom of God and the world may know that Jesus is Lord.
We believe the Church, though many congregations, denominations, and traditions, is one body. The Kingdom Coalition exists to close the distance between churches — building genuine relationship, trust, and shared prayer among leaders and congregations who might otherwise never labor side by side.
WeAdvance.
Unity is not the goal in itself — it is how the mission is fulfilled. The Kingdom Coalition exists so that churches, standing together, can accomplish what no single congregation could alone: reaching the lost, discipling believers, serving the vulnerable, and making the Kingdom of God visible in our region and beyond.
The Language of the Kingdom is Relationships — We are better together!
Our foundation
One prayer, answered together
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.”
John 17:20–21
Unity and mission were never separate goals. They are one prayer, answered together.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Matthew 6:33
The Kingdom Coalition takes its name and its purpose from this: seeking first the Kingdom, together.
Our commitments
Four commitments we share
Unity
Pursuing genuine relationship and trust across churches, not merely cooperation on paper.
Mission
Advancing the Kingdom through evangelism, discipleship, and service that no single church could accomplish alone.
Prayer
Anchoring every partnership in shared, sustained prayer for our region and its churches.
Multiplication
Strengthening every member church so the whole coalition grows stronger, not just the coalition itself.
Statement of Faith
What we believe
We affirm the historic Christian faith as summarized in the Apostles' Creed. Our statement follows it, article by article.
I. God the Father
We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. He is sovereign over all creation, holy, good, and worthy of all worship.
We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son and our Lord — conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man. We believe He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried, bearing the penalty for sin on behalf of all who trust in Him. We believe He rose bodily on the third day, ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father, where He reigns as Lord. We believe He will come again to judge the living and the dead, and that His kingdom will have no end.
Luke 1:35; Matthew 1:23; John 1:1, 14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11; Hebrews 1:3; Matthew 25:31–32
III. The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, regenerates and indwells believers, and empowers the Church for worship, witness, and service.
John 16:8; Titus 3:5; 1 Corinthians 6:19; Acts 1:8
IV. The Church
We believe in one holy, catholic (universal), and apostolic Church — the communion of saints across every time and place, united in Christ as His body on earth.
Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42; Ephesians 4:4–6; Hebrews 12:1
V. Salvation
We believe in the forgiveness of sins, granted by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ alone, and not by human merit or works.
Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 3:23–24; 1 John 1:9
VI. Our Future Hope
We believe in the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting, when Christ will return to make all things new.
1 Corinthians 15:20–22; John 11:25–26; Revelation 21:4–5
